Share record0

A separate, locked-down view for management — they see only concerns you share here, and only the safe fields below. Never family or resident details, your internal notes, other concerns, or anything else. Default is not shared.

Primary action for praise: send to the staff member and their manager in one share.

Choose who receives the email. Grouped by concern-routing department; primary contact first in each group. Pre-selected from the concern’s area — change freely.

Management will see: · its area & status · the Council summary above (if any) · the family's wording.

⚠ This concern is restricted (identifies a staff member), so its raw wording is withheld — management sees only your Council summary. Add one above if it's blank.

Council summary0

A calm, factual restatement for leadership. This never replaces or edits the family's words above. C²-only — not shown to families or on public pages.

Council summary — edited for clarity; the family's original words are on record above.

Family / resident0

Resident's name
Room #
Family member
Resident / relation
Family email
Care level
Notes

Stored on the C²-only record for this concern — never on the public issue, the dashboard, the CSV export, or any page families can see. Resident's name, room number and family email are the sensitive fields; attach members one issue at a time, not from a directory. A QR-poster submission arrives with the resident's name and room already filled in.

Respond & resolve0

Composes a draft (To / Subject / Body), copies it to your clipboard, and opens your mail app prefilled. Nothing sends on its own — you review and press send in your mail app. Every send is logged in the history below.

Council recipients — C² & Council contacts only, never residents.

    👥 Edgemere Team

People and departments that fill the “Assigned to” dropdown and (optionally) receive portal-share emails. Mark each entry as Family Council or Edgemere staff so the list stays clear. Board login access is separate — that’s Council officers. Removing someone here never changes concerns already assigned to them.

A shared workspace with Edgemere leadership.

Reads the same safe projection management reads — so if you want to be sure nothing sensitive slipped into a share (a room number, a family name), this is the real management view. The “shared by” line on each card is C²-only context that management never sees.

Each share to a manager creates an immutable batch with a private response link. Track what was sent, what they answered, and revoke or renew tokens. Logging a reply from email is attributed as entered by you on behalf of the manager — never as if they typed it.

    Solutions brief

A council-internal working draft for this group: what families are raising, one or two things worth asking about, and what we'd like to understand from Edgemere. Generating it sends nothing, emails nothing, and shares nothing. If a version is ever worth giving to Edgemere, that is a separate step you take by hand after rewriting it.
